We here at Work At Home PastorBlessClub pay our workers hourly Or commision base only .

Please note that our Human Resource Department sends you messages regularly please check your Work Messages everyday to recieve updates and information !!!

We pay our workers according to productivity . We pay $0.5 cents call backs and $0.10 cents to a $1.00 a day , pay $0.2 cents for work effort if the Job requires it . We pay $2.00 - $20.00 an hour plus commision for every completed call or sale for some projects .

$20.00 dollars is taxed every payroll Bi/weekly and $10.00 is deducted for cash credit for those earning $10.20 an hour

Employee will recieve from $100 to $200 at the end of the year cash tax credit when completing a full year from January to December

We do not pay candidates who do not work the program . We donot paid if talk time minutes are not worked

Candidates who is unresponsive and having P.C. problems not functioning or TECH cannot handle . Do to being hired and entering training will be given a 30 days leave from the company . Candidates can re-register after 30 days is complete !!! Does not guarantee a job at home right away hiring varies .

We ask all workers to report emergencies all days off and vacation time

ALL workers must work at least 25 hours or more each day co -aherence for 1 year in order to stay with the program !!! If cannot comply with this , this will jeopardize recieving your cash credit at the end of each year including cash rewards , bonuses and will end assignment .Three attemps will result in termination .

We ask that all customer service employees or number dailers work your available shifts . Please schedule all times and days ahead of time . Bonuses and rewards are required for some projects . Not working your scheduled Time or the program , too many inactive results will count as termination of employment . For all workers Make sure you are prompt with all call outs and not able to work your shifts please let us know by email or by phone . Prior to being hiring with the company , you have to sign and mail back policy form for prompt payment to you as paper paycheck or Debit card payroll .

If policy form is not signed and mailed back to us could jeopardise you recieving a paycheck from us .

Please be professional on the phones calling customers . Must read script that is provided accuratley . Must be able to talk politely to irate customers . Must have a computure and be willing to work from home .
